Return & Refund Window

  • Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase.

  • If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

  • If your item becomes faulty within 30 days, you may request a refund or replacement. We may require the item to be returned for inspection.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when received.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Defective Items

If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will reimburse your return postage cost—provided you used a traceable shipping method and shared the tracking number with us.

Order Cancellations

  • After 8 hours, cancellations are not possible as orders are sent to our fulfillment team.

Return Shipping

  • We are not responsible for return shipments lost without proof of delivery.

Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Custom Orders

Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless they are defective.

Lost or Missing Packages
